Excellent, Mark!! Congratulations on your outstanding POTD!! Awesome exposure!!

Hope this welding was just for the photo! If this is the way he does it all the time he will be very sorry later in life. Those UV rays are extremely hard on a persons skin, I know because I've welded for over 50 years and know what it can do to skin and lungs. #8003177

Nancy J. Locke October 02, 2009

What an AWESOME photo, Mark!!! SUPER Congrats!!! Love the sparks and the UV light arc. Great play of light and shadow.

My hubby was saying the same as what Denny was mentioning above about the UV light skin damage.

thanks all for your kind comments.

@ Denny and Nancy - He is a real pro and of course has protection one needs for this kind of work. I asked him to put on the sunglasses instead of the helmet. Also the other photo of him grinding wearing just his pants it is not a daily routine for him.

cheers, Mark #8003473
