Description

The mountain town of Huaraz (10,500 ft.) served as our base camp prior to trekking in the Cordillera Blanca. This was one of several spectacular sunrises over the city. Some of the regions largest peaks can be seen in the distance - The Huandoy Group (L), The Huascaran Group (C), and Chopicalqui (R) soar near 20,000 ft. 2.5 sec. exposure, f11, 3 stop ND filter, hard edge.
