Watching this "growing family" the other day was truly an uplifting experience. Mom is a domestic goose, and Dad, always nearby, is a Canadian Goose. The yellow-er one, gazing at his Mom (above) resembles his Mom. The other hatchlings looked like Canada goslings, but with orange beaks, instead of the normal dark ones.
In this second image, the Canada goslings flank the lighter-colored one.
They were so fun to photograph!

Thank you all for such wonderful feedback!
Karolyn, I debated on how to categorize this. Placed it into N&L because I had already placed a few similar shots from this series into "Animals" (and it is brimming with Nature) If it doesn't do well in N&L, I can always resubmit it in the Animals category another month and cross my fingers.
