Red Moss

Description

3/28 - Details & Macro

While on a small hike at Timber Lake with Sherrybear & Glen, we came across this tree trunk with what appears to be red moss. Sherry assured me it hadn't been painted to mark a trail, so I had to snap an image (ya'll know how much I love the color red!)
As soon as we find out what it is or what makes it red, I'll post that information.

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/125 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 200, FocalLength: 120.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 20D

Thank you so much, Jessica! This was very neat to see on our nature walk. I haven't had the chance to look online and see what made it red yet...hoping to do that soon and put it up in the description. #7347030
