Thanks ever so much Penny & Sherran. It was a nasty storm, but after the sun came out, I just loved the sparkles on the snow so drove around the neighborhood to see if I could capture it. The bright red hydrant was a real plus. #7305134

Actually, I love looking at the snow images. And this one's a beauty, with the sparkles, as you say, and the great isolation of the red hydrant against all that white. We've not had enough snow to even shoot this year. In one way, that's nice, but in another . . . well, I have no stash of beautiful winter images at all. Just ugly winter gray stuff. :( #7311870
