OK lets see if I can do this......
1 will be the original
2 will be what I worked with to get this image. from #2 I used the "liquid" part of ps3 to bloat the stars into circles doing it over and over until I got what you see. NOW I dont want anyone outdoing me on this one, its hard enough to do myself. I still dont even understand layers yet.... I wish I did!! #6950220
