Melissa - this little girl was lit up by disco lights and her little feet looked cute to me. This is heavily photoshopped but I can't remeber the steps I took (I keep thinking I need to write them down next time). But basically I tried a combination of about 5 actions before it had this punk rock kind of look to it. When it looked right to me I flattened the layers and hit save. I'm glad you like it : ) #6900020
