Description

This picture was taken the night before her wedding as it was the only time available. Settings were 1/45 sec, Tripod mounted, f/13, ISO 100 and Lens Focal length of 64.0mm. I used a three light setup and my third light was off to camera left with a honeycomb grid and blue gel to add effect. Minimal postprocessing in Photoshop CS.

Thanks for your kind remarks. I love your picture of the cow in your gallery. This bride was a fantastic model. She was also a wonderful person and personality. I really enjoyed doing the photography for that wedding. I also performed the ceremony, so I really got to know both her and her new husband. #1129503

This is very nice. I am just getting into wedding photography myself. I wish I knew how you got such a beautiful picture with perfect lighting. I'm an amateur, so it's all so new to me. I did a practice bridal portrait session on my sister, and I got some good shots, but I am not happy with the way the lighting turned out. I just bought a 420 EX speedlight flash and it doesn't seem to help as much as I thought it would. Maybe you can give me some advice. I need all I can get. #1129720

Here are some of my photo's so that you can see where I am having trouble with lighting and such. I didnt see it as much at first, and then my grandpa started complaining about my light sources.....maybe you can be the judge of it. #1129722
