Thank you all very much for your comments on this photograph. I really appreciate your warm thoughts and your words of comfort.
Yes, Corinne, you are right; this image will always be special to me because my mother loved flowers and I think it was she who taught me their language and to understand their mysterious beauty. These red gerberas were the last flowers her eyes ever saw before she left us with the beautiful memories of her infinite love. These flowers will always be hers.
