Thanks Sanjay, Dan, Judy, Colleen, Arya, Shirley, Bill and Terry for the great responses to this photograph. This was accomplished by adjusting the image into a duotone, then using the melancholytron filter (thanks Julie A). Then I used the angled strokes and watercolor filter.
