It was Labor Day, last year, around 3 pm. The day had been warm and balmy but when the fog rolled in, the winds came along for the ride and the cold was invading my bones when I shot this.
-----------
Reprocessed this yesterday, using Photomatix tone mapping, and then did a fair amount of dodging and burning to enhance the light dance on the sands.
