Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019

Birdie, I see the eye. Did you see it while shooting or after you looked at the photo later? The readdish color is really wonderful--is it a fugus? Very nice presentation.

I have to admit I didn't see what it really was until I read your subtitle line, Birdie. At first I was simply struck by the warmth and depth of the color. After closer inspection, it all makes sense. And it is so well executed! Nice capture. #41265

Thanks to all of you for the time you took to look and comment even on a Sunday!!

Yes, Murry, that's a fungus. I was walking along a river when I saw this log and the eye looked at me, I couldn't resist. Unfortunately there was no sun, the colors might have been more vivid then!

Thanks again and have a nice Sunday all of you!
