Miracle Moment

Uploaded: August 27, 2008

Description

My mom was diagnosed with terminal inflammatory breast cancer 10 months ago and given 3-6 months to live. About the same time as the diagnosis, my daughter and my niece found out they were expecting. My mother vowed to stay alive long enough to hold these babies in her arms. This is a shot of her holding the 2nd of her two new great grand daughers. She is the strongest woman I know. Image was taken using two flashes, one as a slave attached to a white umbrella. Canon 420EX and 580EX11 as a master. minor adj. in CS3.

Exif: F Number: 4, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/60 seconds, Flash: fired, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 145.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 40D
