Description


I found this tiny little bee on the stigma of a Tiger Lily.

I went out a few times over the weekend with my 100mm macro lens. I finally got to the point where I was really enjoying taking macro shots. I still ended up deleting many of them but that is the beauty of digital.
:)

Thanks so much!! I enjoyed taking the macro shots so much that I ordered some extension tubes to see how close I can really get. :) - Mike

Craig - No special effects just my normal workflow. Some cropping, some very slight color enhancement and some unsharp mask. Everything was done to the entire image except for a little cleanup of a few pixels. This was taken as a jpeg in the camera where I have normally been shooting in the RAW mode.
