Post Sunset Depression

Uploaded: June 12, 2008

Description

Location: Findhorn, Moray, Scotland.

I have always maintained that Moray has some of the best sunsets anywhere in the UK and on this particular evening it was wonderful. This is actually an hour after sunset about 10.45pm on a late May evening. Despite the title, which is obviously a play on words, I cant imagine a less depressing scene. The smooth tonal transition from blue to red and the sweeping curves and bowls was a sheer delight to my eyes.
