Melting at sunset

The original photo was taken at 7:18pm on February 2006. Copied and rotated to create the reflection. Colors were adjusted using selective colors. The waves were created with liquify, brightness and contrast to give the final touch. The bird is from a different picture, all done with PS a little bit of time and patience.
