I found this spider hanging on 8 waiting for his next meal to fly in while I was out on a Sunday morning walk up in Palm Beach, FL. I used Apple's iPhoto to edit the image. Enjoy!

I don't really like spiders, either, but they are fascinating creatures, though. I got a shot of a huge Black widow during my trip to Moab, that I might download, but maybe I'll scare away people from my gallery. I have to think it over. Great capture, Michael! #5740112Michael S. I don't think I would be to wild to see one of these crawling on my leg either but doing their thing in their space is as important as the sun rising every morning. The color drew me first, the DOF is amazing, and the spider is very cool! There's one strand lit by the light there near the center/bottom of the photo... it takes the eye right up to your subject on the web brilliantly. #5779163Michael S. Lazarus April 19, 2008
