Description

Caputered in Quintana Roo in a very wonderfull place called Xcaret, about 80 miles from Cancun. Mexican musicians recreating songs that date back to the times when California belonged to Mexico.

By the way... Its not Mexico. It's Mejico.

I was impressed to the carefull attention to all the minute details of everything. Their show was like watching and old movie played live live or like taking a trip on a time machine that went over a hundred years back in time.

I have see hawaiian shows where the men wear plastic outfits... not here, everything looked original and hand made.

I was very impressed.

Nikon D2X Iso 1600, Nikor 70-200 2.8 AFS, Handheld capture with Auto Color balance and Auto exposure overide to -1 stop. My memory card was almost full so I was shooting straight Jpegs. The Nikon D2x holds it's own next to the newer D3. I was impressed by the cameras performance also. It was humid and the light was low but It sure got the Job Done.
Exif: F Number: 5, Exposure Bias Value: -1.00, ExposureTime: 1/100 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 1600, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 125.00 mm, Model: NIKON D2X
