Forked Perspective

Uploaded: March 13, 2008

Description

F/13, 2s, ISO 100

This is a shot of a fork reflected in the back of a spoon using 32mm of extension tubes on a 50mm lens.

The challenging part of this shot was depth of field. I couldn't really go smaller on the aperture without losing sharpness to diffraction, but the fork was curving so sharply upward that I couldn't keep the lower left really sharp.

Exif: F Number: 13, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 2/1 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 50.00 mm, Model: NIKON D200
