This is the coast along the North Island of West Palm Beach Florida. I went for a long walk on a windy morning and captured this scene (and a good amount of salt spray on my filter).

Thank you Nisha. I think I was the only one on the beach that morning. It was just great.......... a great day to be alive. #5450471Jim Baines February 07, 2008

Thank you Natalia for your compliment. Well, of course temperature is a relative thing so depending on where your from it more than likely is hot. However it is the most beautiful time of the year here now and all the "snowbirds" come down from up north to enjoy the mild weather. The summer, yea, that's HOT. #5463895Aimee C. Wow...what beautiful colors! I love the empty beach.....it seems so serene! It has been almost 20 years since I have been to a southern beach....this shot makes me want it so bad I can taste the salt spray! :-) Wonderful job on this one! #5464222Gail R. Schuett February 08, 2008
A super beach shot..great colors..so clear. Gail #5464233Michael S. Lazarus February 09, 2008
Thank you so much Aimee. I know how that feels; to want to go to a place so bad you can "taste" it. I look at all the beautiful winter pictures here and just dream of hearing the crunching snow under my feet as I stroll along in the serene environment deep in thought and the wonder of it all. To capture the horses, deer and birds of the north in my own images is something I hope to do someday. #5467744Michael S. Lazarus February 09, 2008
