Okay - I have added diffuse glow, gaussian blur, desaturated 65%, history brushed eyes, nostrils and mouth and then brought the saturation up again on the eyes and lips. Having some fun ;-)

I think this is my new favorite of her! So soft and gorgeous! She looks like a china doll. This treatment really brings out her beautiful eyes! I am going to have to try this, you know!

love it,

Okay - here is what I did.

1. Duplicate Image !!
2. Duplicate layer> diffuse glow Grain- 6, Glow - 10, Clear 15.
3. Then Gaussian blur at 4.5.
4. Adjust opacity of dup layer to around 50%.
5. Set the eraser to a soft brush and at 50% opacity and carefully erase the eyes, nostrils and mouth to re sharpen them.
6. Flatten layers
7. Desaturate @ about 70% opacity.
8. Set history brush to 30% and brush back the saturation in the eyes and lips.
9. Set sponge too to saturate @ about 15% opacity and slowly saturate the eyes till you are happy with the result.

This is how I did this but you can play around with opacity's as much as you like. The diffuse glow and blur give the white porcelain look. #824853

Amanda, thanks so much for posting your directions on how you did this! I use the dif glow a lot, and the blur, but I love how you got the color back. I think you giving the exact percents you used will help me achieve this glorious look! I want to use it on Cami and my neice Miranda! Thanks for sharing girlie!
