Description

On the norm I would not shoot a waterfall with a beautiful blue sky and sunshine, but after a 5 hour drive I had no choice and was pleased with the result. This was taken in Wv along Shays Run. The waterfall is called Elakala Falls#2. Shot with Velvia 50 at 40 and the settings of f/8 and 1

Absolutely breathtaking. I'd say your drive was worth it!! Same reaction today as when I saw this yesterday, at least I think it's the same image. I love the way the light comes down the falls with the water. I'm guessing we're going to see this one again!! At least we'd better!!! Simply magnificent.
