This is GREAT, Isabel! Love your perspective on this and how you kept the nose in such sharp focus! Very well done! #728783

Phil Sauvey August 23, 2004

Isabel,

Wonderful detail on the nose! Looks like you are close enough that the dog could have fogged up your lens! Well done. #728789

Thanks Dan and Phillip. :)
I dont remember taking this shot. But this is about one of the only shots where I got his nose sharp he moved alot so it wasnt easy. #728792

Pu Chen August 23, 2004

Never seen so much details of the dog's nose :) Very cute, Isabel! If he bites, you are really brave to get this shot. #728797

Isabel L August 23, 2004

lol. Thank you Pu.
Well this dog acts sweet and innocent at first but then after giving him 10 cookies he starts to trust you and then he gets playful and when he gets playful he bites!! he almost ripped my jacket. but I still love that dog. #728815

Finally, you submitted this shot...and it's being well received as I told you it would be...definately much cuter than the snake that I just posted..lol.

Very nice shot, Isabel...I still love the perspective!

Great job my friend! #728874

Wonderful shot Isabel. I really love the dof, it really works well. Just exactly as I see Maxie every morning when he wakes me up for my bath! #728893

Wonderfully done Isabel. Sometimes the shots you don't remember turn out to be the best. Love the DOF & selective focus on this one. Great detail!! #729000

Kristen McKain August 23, 2004

lol! I love this!! The title is great, too! #729041

Allan L. Whitehead August 23, 2004

I hope you got his 'paw' print on a release. I'd hate to have 'someone' chasing me because I didn't get permission to 'shoot' him, especially if he bites, eh… (he, he, ,he)

I like this a lot, Isabel, however, I might have tried using a layer to sharpen and brighten up his eyes a little more, but that's only my 2¢ worth anyway. Very well done, my friend - your friend, ALlan #729201

Great macro Isabel! Like how you can see the bumpy texture on his nose. Don't think you can get much closer than that! #729480

Amanda Price August 23, 2004

haha! Great title! That's definitely the face you'd see peering over your bed in the morning. It's a great shot, and I love his two little whiskers! #729508

Isabel... I love your "nose" photos! It shows a very important feature of the dog!!! I am going back & forth on the eyes being out of focus. I like it, but would like to see it also with some sharpness added. But, this one looks like a winner to me either way. It shows great detail & it's different. Good job! #730285

Steven Gunnerson August 23, 2004

Lol, oh nice! I never said I hated it :o) Just that I didn't care for it in the uncropped version. Then I said I might like it more if you cropped a lot off the side and more off the top. Now I like it... thank you very much! :o)~ #730301

Stephen Zacker August 23, 2004
