Heart of the Rose

Uploaded: November 07, 2007

Description

I loved the way the petals formed a heart around the center of this rose. This is a focus stack of 10 images, each focused on a different part of the image, then combined for maximum depth of field.
10 images, all taken with the same settings, tripod mounted with remote shutter release:
Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX Macro
105mm, f/8, 6 sec, ISO 100

Yes, good DOF and very well exposed and good lighting, but it helps to have the right gear. Well done! #781191
