Gruinard Winter Twilight

Uploaded: October 31, 2007

Description

For a few years running every New Year myself and a few friends stayed in this little wooden chalet in isolated seclusion at the bottom of Gruinard Bay quite literally overlooking the sea. In winter the weather just washes in and you sit spell bound at the huge picture window watching it crash ashore whilst warm and toasty in front of a log fire. One evening I signaled to everyone in the cabin to turn the lights on while I waited for the blue of twilight to fall. This is the result.
