Very nice capture, Steven!
I like the comp and the light-- your perspective is wonderful as well

I like both versions But am a fan of sepia tones-- did you leave them off of the top of the blue sky?
Just curious-- :) #4942605

Thank you all for your kind commentaries! I enjoy your visitations and postings a great deal.

Yes Jennifer... It looked strange with a fully magenta colored sky. Allowing the blue sky to peep over the top of the red spectrum clouds gave it the balance it needed as not to be too ungrounded from reality :) I like sepiatones as well, but wanted the budding leaves to pop whereas allowing a little real sky brought in the needed reality balance. Reason I toiled on it on and off, was working for the right balance :) #4942659

Great multi layer work Steven. I love the surrealistic tone of the clouds. It contributes to the sense of separation between the foreground and the background. Again, this demonstrates your great visual sense. #4946205
