Charles...I tinkered with the original photo using Adobe Elements. I wanted brighter colors and higher contrast. After I got the photo to my liking I used the "palatte knife" filter and tinkered with that until I got the desired results. The last step was using the "splatter" effect for the edges of the photo.

Charles, this has a wonderful "feel" to it. The special effects are great, but the original photo tells such a story, too. Love it!
