Wow, Stan!
I've never seen this gorgeous bi-colored flower before ~ it's wonderfully exotic, even by Hawaiian standards!
Your vertical comp and the subtle lighting give this a marvelous elegance. Outstanding work, my friend! #747936

Stan, this is one of my favorite flowers to shoot. You could present them with several angles. Love the colors you've captured here.

Thank you Mary, SuSana, Ray & Audrey, Anna, Patty, Dominick, Paul E., Paul M., Margaret, Linda, Sam, Shelly, David, Carla, Laurence, and Lyne!
This type of Heliconia grows straight up and there are many varieties of this plant. The image was taken on Kauai at a friend's garden.
Carla, the way the blossom was leaning against the leaf made me think of the song :-)!
Thanks once again everyone as I do appreciate your support and comments!
With fondest Aloha,
Stan #4855204
