Galveston, Texas
I used a 28mm focal length with a graduated ND filter to balance the sky with the water.
I used 1 second shutter speed to veil the waves a little.

Exif: F Number: 22, Exposure Bias Value: +0, Exposure Time: 8/10, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 100, White Balance: auto white balance, Focal Length: 28mm, Camera Model: Canon EOS 30D
