Description

A Common Tern in attack mode defending it's nearby chicks. Seconds after this shot was taken I was on the receiving end of that sharp beak, luckerly I was wearing a hat. Taken on the Farne Islands, UK.

100-400L IS, 1/1250th @ f/6.3, ISO 200.
