I like this, but the light at the time of day you took this photograph gave you strong competition of your subject. Any chance of taking a photograph of this wonderful door at a different time of day, preferably early morning? Peace, karen #1290676

Try in an overcast day.

Or even better...paint it with light.

I agree with the rest - it is a very good photo but you took it with direct sunlight, try to take it (if you can) at dawn or at dusk.
