Hummingbird on a small trellis in my yard, it's been keeping guard over two plants.

Lisa, make sure you keep the nectar/sugar water fresh in the feeder, it should be changed at least every two weeks, more often in hot weather. the hummers will stay away if the nectar isn't fresh. All the males have left here, now it is only the females and immature hummingbirds hanging around fattening up for migration. Don't give up trying to attract them, find out when they arrive in your area, if you don't have them year round, and get the feeders out early next year. #4524294
