FOOTBRIDGE TO ANOTHER TIME

Uploaded: June 12, 2007

Description

To get to this ancient Etruscan town where only 40 people live and every courtyard is filled with flowers, one must walk or motorbike across a quarter-mile pedestrian bridge. The view of this incredible place from it's scalo(new city)is breathtaking.

Taken of Citta di Bagnoregio, Italy

Another wonderful photo! My desire for visiting Italy just rose another notch. I agree with Donna, thank you for sharing the beauty of this part of the world. I am from Indiana, USA and we have mostly corn fields. Very little history resulting in magnificent edifices. #4505565

Thanks, Steven!! Your comments are greatly appreciated. And corn fields have a grace all their own! #4516108
