Thanx everyone (Rob, Krisetn, Diane, Leanne, Donna, Colleen, and Colette) for great comments. Actually he's waiting for lunch. The keeper is across that moat about 10' away and about 2 minutes from starting her 'lunch time; spiel about these Orangutangs. They get plastic bottles of fruit drink with vitamins and then Coconuts. They are quite facsinating to watch. Thanx again all - Allan #530494

Thanx everyone (Claudia, Debra, Charlene, and Sharon) for the terrific comments always appreciated. Claudia, this complex where they're on display is about 10,000' in area. They have 18 Orangutangs at the Zoo, mostly split into groups of threes and they display a different group each day. It seems that a lot of the females (for some strange reason), don't seem to get along, eh… and just can't be together on display. Go figure, that females Orangutangs can sometimes be really "catty". Must be a girl thang… (he, he, he…) - Your friend, Allan #530612

Well, no wonder the "Big O" wants out of there - all that female hostility is just too stressful - you can see he's on edge! I think Dr. Love's TSS is about to become Dr. Strangelove's TSS... #530657
