Harnessing Wind Energy

Uploaded: May 02, 2004

Description

aperture f5.6, shutter 1/1000, lens 400 mm, location- Palm Springs, CA This was taken on 5/3/04 as record high temperatures were set in many of the Southland's areas. We are already reaching triple digit temperatures, and today fires are already beginning earlier than ever. These wind mills were fueled be the famous Santa Ana winds.

Thank you Janice, Debra, Diane, and Robin. I have to say that this is one of my favorite shots that I've taken recently. I felt that the whole experience taking the shot was surreal -and this depicts it so well for me. I'm happy that Betterphoto, and some of the members appreciate it also! -G #600440
