Description

Hi Guys,

One of the rarest and most beautifull species of dragonflies we have in Holland and one that i've spend several years on finding and trying to capture a decent image of is the Brilliant Emerald. (We call it a "metal-shine-dragonfly")

This week was my lucky week as I found a place where several roam the area and allthough they are not easy to capture I managed to get some shots of this beautiful species!

I hope you will enjoy viewing this as I did capturing it!

Greetings,

Jeroen Stel

p.s: The "halo-looking" lighter part at the tail is actually light coloured hair!

I love taking dragon photos. I just wish yours was a little larger so I could see more detail. Very nice. #4208603
