Awesome shot. What extension tubes did you use? Can someone explain to me how an extension tube works. I understand that it lengthens the effective focal length of the lens in use but, by how much? Also, there are different lengths available, 25mm, 12mm, something like that. #451644

Thanks for all the nice comments. I didn't expect to get this many :0)

I have three extension tubes - 13mm, 21mm, and 31mm, where for this shot I used all three of them. It meant I couldn't use the AutoFocus function on my camera, but to honest I probably wouldn't want to use it for macro shots anyway.
