Great feel and wonderful execution. (I may be partial to this since I play the violin. ;)). The slight overexposure lends to an antiquish feel. Great job!

neat look! awesome job! :-)
if you are able to recreate that easily.. have you considered adjusting the angle of the bow? only offered constructively, of course.. but if the top of the bow was moved a hair to the left and the bottom of the bow was moved so only part of the end, was in the picture, but enough for the end to be seen.. I dunno.. maybe it would take away from the actual instrument, but then again, it might help with the framing, so to speak. ? then again... maybe not? ;-)

regardless, you did a super job!

(i too am a little partial, as my mom played the viola, for bellevue philharmonic, when I was a child.;)

I doubt recreating would be 'easy' as this is all so new to me - my camera, Photoshop Elements, even photography! :) But I just might give it a try as it would be good practice! And fun too!!
