Description

This is photo number 2, taken from a different angle. Maybe I should have re-arranged the bread and buns for this one? Too late now!

LOVE this angle over the first one!! I tend to think the light is just a little bit too harsh, however, particularly on that one subroll/baguette, right under the basket handle? ("too harsh" yet, no distracting shadows... maybe I'm crazy.) Maybe the all-black background is over-emphasizing the highlights, to my eyes. But regardless, I much prefer this one to the first! #3835448

Cathy, great color, detail and textures; I also prefer this point of view over the first #3835760

Beautiful image, Cathy! I love the wide, horizontal composition, and your great detail and colors. Very minor, but I noticed the same thing as Chris when I first looked at this.. Just an idea..if you could selectively subdue the contast on that top center roll slightly, this would be perfect! #3837008

Thank you, Bob, Larry, Joseph, Les, John, Joy, Jim, Christopher, Janine and Brian! I'll work with the contrast on this one, but I may just do another shoot and work harder on the lighting. #3839131

I just knew you took several shots of this subject. I can't say which I prefer because each one has special qualities. Your clarity and textures are excellent, Cathy!!! #3840519
