Wow, thank you so much Kelly and Kathleen for the very kind words. I dearly appreciate them. Mother left us in January of 2003 at 87. She was an incredible lady who I didn't explain that to her any where enough. I do miss her a lot. Thank you again, my friends - your good friend, Allan #661348

Kerby, thank you so very much. There was no post processing done here. This is the original photo taken in 1918. It won an award as the 'first' ever colored photograph taken in Canada. The colors were hand painted by the wife of the photographer, Jules Castonguay (Official Government Photographer) and his assistant Yousuf Karsch. This actual picture, hung for years in the National Archives of Canada in Ottawa - Allan #1427639
