Description

Lovely and very unusual late morning light on Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne, with a haze obscuring the horizon. The water usually looks dark grey-blue, and is rarely this smooth. Hand-held, 24-70mm L.

This is *really* BEAUTIFUL, Robyn!! I prefer the richer blues, AND the better allover definition, in this image!! I did like the actual composition a little better in your first posting, though - where you had placed your horizon line a little lower in the image... However, this image has its own *charm*, with LOVELY colours, lighting, and mood...AND, the reflection of the sailing boat is a WONDERFUL addition!! :o) #3174807
