Those are some of the reddest leaves I have ever seen! What a show stopper! I can imagine what the maple tree looked like! The contrast with the white birch is very nice! #267683

The Shelburne birches on the Vermont, NH line are beautiful. There bases were surrounded by scrubby little maple trees that were intensely red but not very majestic. I have a wider view I will put up soon. #267695

I should also add that I used Velvia 50. This year I am trying Velvia 100 but did not go north for fall foliage. #267699
