Today is my first smoke-free day. Got to take it one day at a time, step by step and I fully intend to reach the top.

Robin... you can do it!! It took me several attempts...it was more of a mind over matter thing! I bought tons of gum and hard candy. Whenever you feel like smoking... grab your camera and take a pic instead! :) Lots of luck to you!!

Robin I hope you are still not smoking. It a hard habit to quit, I know I smoked for about 40 years. I quit last may 26th. I just kept praying for help and one day it was like God put his hand on my sholder and said "I've already done it, now you do your part and put them down". I did and never had the desire to smoke again. He had removed the desire from me, I'll be praying He does the same for you. #2651046

I keep my fingers crossed for you. It is not easy - I know it myself. I only succeeded the 3rd time, I tried... But that is 23 years ago now. Just keep in mind: You can do it, 5 weeks is a good start - and never even _touch_ a cigarette!
