Gorgeous play of light and shadow Goshka ! Love how that building stands out in the background! Beautiful :o) #2537321Peter Mantione March 16, 2006
GOSHKA!!!!!!I just love this shot. I especially love the building in the background, that's the Metropolitan Life Building on the corner of Madsion Ave & 23rd Street it was the world's tallest building from 1909-1913 and it is a replica of the campanile tower in Saint Marks Square in Venice Italy, Also School Of Visual Arts is located down the block. That's where I studied photography.
Thanks Goshka #2538679

I love night scenes Goshka. This is so warm and has such pretty colors and I really love the composition. Also, Peter's notes about the building in the bg educated me, never having been to NY. #2567958Goshka G. April 22, 2006
Thank you, Karen! They educated me too - I didn't know the tower was modeled after an Italian one. #2674141Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
