On our trip to Maine last year I collected some tiny little wild flowers and keep them alive in a bottle of water. When we got back to the B&B I took several shots of them on the coffee table while Claudia, Dolores and I ate ice cream and talked about the day.
1/100 sec, f/2.8, Canon MP-E 65 macro lens with twin flash.
