Stormy Skies on the Potomac

Colonial Beach, Virginia is a beach resort town where the Maryland state line runs almost at the shore line of the town of Colonial Beach. This pier extends into Maryland on the Potomac River. The contrasting skies caught my interest and it had to recorded. It started raining hard a few minutes later.
