The town adjacent to ours is doing a lot of new construction - The owners of this expanding business/shopping area recently put up a beautiful Christmas Tree along a major road leading towards DFW Airport - I discovered this last week (before they got the star on top) at sunrise. *It even has a natural Charlie Brown looking tree right next to it.
