Description

This project was a candid setup, where the scene is planned but looks to be a candid shot. An early morning scene of a farmer just before chores or taking a break from them. I hadn't planned to add the pup but he was cold and welcomed a warm lap. The newspaper story is about Natural Bridge, a 215' natural limestone arch spanning 90' which became the 37th State Park in Virginia in September 2016. Visitors and revenue indicate it is well on it's way to be the most popular State Park in Virginia. Previously this National Landmark had always been privately owned. My settings were F8 ss1/6 iso 100 @ 24mm w/ tripod Used Topaz Detail & Glow at 30% opacity.
