I broke a few rules. Started with a photo of a long hall painted in aqua and gold tones with a small light at the end, then intentionally moved the camera at a slow shutter speed. Then added a hint of saturation and reduced the pixel size. The hard part was in using the liquify filter in ps. #2470609
