A Guardian Angel Will Attend Thee
Uploaded: August 01, 2017 | Entered: August 01, 2017 14:59:20
We all need protection during the night, when we are the most vulnerable. In this image, a woman is sleeping and has asked her guardian angel to protect her until morning light. The angel stands at her back with a symbol of the holy spirit above both the angel and the woman. The angel has a sword in her hand, in case there is a need to protect. A light streams down from heaven to surround all 3 of these figures as a sign of God's further protection. I chose the blue and lavender hazy tones to show that it is night, sleep and that there is a heavenly presence in this image.
Original image of woman on a bridge was taken in Lithia Park in Ashland Oregon. The Angel and dove are from Pixaby Images.
This image was processed with Topaz Texture Effects and Impression. The angel and dove were added as composite images by using layers in Photoshop CC.
